I just wanted to let you know that all those nice conversations y'all have had with Randolfe, the documentary guy from all those gay fairs, was not in vain. While searching the net the other night, I found one of his videos in which you mentioned your online store. So here I am 2 days later emailing you to let you know that his l'il video has gotten you a new customer. I just started a new job, but I'm hoping to buy a shirt or 2 next month. I live in the middle of nowhere KS, and I'll be telling all my friends about your site.

BMP is FANTASTIC!!! No business has ever shown me this level of customer service - in person or on the net. My friend introduced me to BMP and she told me how great the people were and recommended that I order a tee for myself, which I did. I waited and waited. In my panic, I emailed BMP..."Help! Help! Joan is missing!" Diane and Kathy promptly sent out another tee to me the very same day. The day after Joan Pt2 was on the road, I finally got Joan Pt1. I shamefully emailed again to say that I was a bit hasty. Diane and Kathy said not to worry. They asked me to keep Joan Pt2 and share it, which I gave to my friend, Julie. I showed her the site and told her how wonderful I was treated. Now she can't wait to pass BMP T-Shirts on to her friends. I wish you all the success in the world! Keep up the great work!
