While searching the net the other night, I found one of his videos in which you mentioned your online store. Bitch Mode is FANTASTIC!!! No business has ever shown me this level of customer service - in person or on the net. My friend introduced me to Bitch Mode and she told me how great the people were and recommended that I order a tee for myself, which I did. I waited and waited. In my panic, I emailed Bitch Mode..."Help! Help! Joan is missing!" Diane and Kathy promptly sent out another tee to me the very same day. The day after Joan Pt2 was on the road, I finally got Joan Pt1. I shamefully emailed again to say that I was a bit hasty. Diane and Kathy said not to worry. They asked me to keep Joan Pt2 and share it, which I gave to my friend, Julie. I showed her the site and told her how wonderful I was treated. Now she can't wait to pass Bitch Mode on to her friends.
